Churches - Central

Minister:  The Rev'd Dr Jennifer Smith.

We welcome you to our church here in the centre of Kettering where we seek to offer you warm fellowship, a varied programme of worship and activities.  The church is one of three forming the South Cluster of the Kettering and Corby Circuit (the others being Grange Methodist and Burton Latimer Methodist churches).  Membership is 194.

MISSION STATEMENT

We believe that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow and that all people may know this as a personal statement of faith and experience the love of God in their own lives.  We see it as our mission to promote the love of Christ by:

  • Providing for personal and public worship.
  • Enriching the spiritual and cultural life of the community.
  • Providing a welcoming environment for all ages.
  • Responding to the needs of individuals and groups, especially the most vulnerable in society.
  • Promoting issues of global peace and justice, including fair trading.
